Hours per week:

Hours per week: 8 hours per week. Exact times to be discussed and agreed at interview. Ideally, hours will be split up into 4 hour shifts.

Hourly pay rate:

£15.50 per hour. Bank holiday rate £30 per hour. Sleeping nights (occasional) are a flat rate of £91.52 for 8 hours. Mileage rate (if applicable): 40p per mile when transporting me in your own car.

Do you love going to the theatre, art galleries and museums? I do! And I need you to support me to access these. I am a positive, fun, and enthusiastic woman who is looking for support with accessing the community and supporting my wonderful team of PAs with all other aspects of care (such as personal and domestic).

This is a new role where you will provide essential support to the care team I have currently, but this is a rewarding role that includes assisting me to access the community and further my interests and hobbies.

I have a wide range of interests which include reading, arts and crafts, writing, singing, fitness, films, all things creative, baking, studying and researching, fashion, photography and shopping.

Although my physical needs are complex and in some ways limiting, I have a can-do attitude and I would describe myself as a very-independent minded person.

You will be provided all necessary training to fulfil your role, with the possibility of additional qualifications to enhance your skills further, such as the nationally recognised Care Certificate or QCF Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care.

  • The role requires close personal contact with an individual who is extremely vulnerable to the risk of infection and disease transmission.
