Hours per week:
4 hours on a Sunday (exact hours to be discussed at Interview) plus additional hours available in School Holidays
Hourly pay rate:
Between £10-£12 depending on experience plus mileage
Are you down to earth, patient, energetic and looking for some extra hours on the weekends and in School Holidays?
We are a family with 4 children (Triplets and a Singleton!) and require a reliable and friendly Buddy to support our 11-year-old Son with mild Cerebral Palsy and ASD/ADD (Autism and Attention Deficit Disorder).
A delight and charming everyone he meets, he craves 1:1 time at the weekends and your role would be to spend time with him socially empowering him to do the things he loves, such as finding bugs, playing his Ukulele, chatting and bike riding.
This is a rewarding and fun role in which you could make a real positive difference to our son’s life.
Duties include:
- Take our child on trips out or to activities

Please note, if you are successful in your application for this position you will be employed directly by the individual employer and not Independent Lives. Successful applicants will be entitled to Holiday pay and will be issued employment contracts.
