Personal Assistant/Communicator


I enjoy taking part in sports eg, bowling , golf and blind tennis. I am looking for a Personal Assistant/Communicator to support me with accessing my local area such as the theatre, barbers, supermarket, bank , hospital , restaurants and vet as I have difficulties with communicating with individuals in noisy environments.

Duties include:

  • Shopping
  • Transportation
  • Companionship
  • Other relevant duties as required

Additional Duties:

• Accompanying and assisting employer on shopping trips when required
• Accompany employer when accessing social and leisure activities
• Accompanying employer to doctors/hospital appointments when required
• Accompanying on trips out e.g. to the theatre, the vet
• Accompanying to social meetings eg friends, family

Candidate qualities:

  • Respectful of the employer’s privacy and confidentiality
  • Reliable with good timekeeping
  • Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
  • Hygienic, tidy and well organised
  • Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
  • Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills

  • Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
  • Must be comfortable with pets
  • Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
