This main aspect to this role is to accompany my son to get to and from the day centre on a Tuesday. Other times in the week will be to take him for exercise and local activities in the community.

My son was born deaf so communicates in BSL but he can lip read. A PA who can sign would be ideal but is not essential.

My son will be ready to leave for college, I assist him to get ready but there may be times when he needs prompting to put on his shoes and coat ready to leave.
Additionally, some assistance or prompting when getting changed at the swimming pool/gym.
Accompany and assist my son to:
Attend the day centre
Stay with him as required at the day centre
