Do you love the outdoors? He loves the outdoors too. This role will involve getting him out and about and joining in a variety of activities such as going for walks, soft play and swimming. Any ideas you can bring to broaden his horizons would be welcome.
Someone calm, friendly with an abundance of patience is needed as my son does have limited verbal communication. Experience of working with Autistic children is preferred. Using pictorial timetables and having routines will be helpful strategies for him.
It would be helpful if you can drive and have your own car to get out and about, but it’s not necessary.
