Hello, I am female, over pensionable age, looking to find a calm, compassionate personal assistant to help me with the everyday things. I am a very private person and usually very independent. I suffer from chronic pain and need your assistance with the house, garden and some personal affairs so that I can remain as independent as possible.

I have worked hard and studied in many areas of society from being a nurse to getting a degree in Creative Arts.

Presently, I am sorting out my home and would appreciate some help with this.

I have been particularly unwell over the last few years and now have high blood pressure, Diabetes and high cholesterol. It is important that I have a good healthy diet and plenty of rest. I would like to have someone who enjoys cooking to prepare and cook healthy meals for me.

My conditions mean that I become exhausted quickly. When I feel unwell, I need someone who will show patience, kindness and be responsive to my needs and can step in and carry out tasks quietly.

There will be times I need to attend health appointments, and your role will be to drive me in your car. I am unsteady on my feet and will need a helping hand to assist me to get in and out of the car.

I look forward to meeting you.
