I am looking for a admin PA to assist me with the running of my Direct Payment and my household. I am a woman with MS – which means that I become exhausted after minimal effort. My energy levels fluctuate hourly/daily and I experience weakness across my body which varies at different times and slight memory difficulties. I was a trained nurse and I enjoy voluntary work when I am able as well as singing and sailing.

You may be required to cover second PA's holiday and sickness hours, which will include personal care.

Duties include:

  • Administration

  • Completing timesheets
  • Support with keeping up with payroll
  • Coordination PA annual and arranging cover when needed

  • Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties

  • Able to always work to high standards of health & safety

  • Reasonable level of IT
  • Experience in direct payments
  • Knowledge of the benefits systems

Additional requirements

Non-smoker due to medical reasons, Vulnerable to the risk of infection and disease transmission
