I am looking for personal care for a Man

Drivers licence required: No

Hours per week:

About 15 hours per week - Ideally looking for the below but happy to discuss and be flexible. Running Club - 3 hours weekly (include 1 hour training) - location = Croydon/ Coulsdon, Surrey. 5-10K run races - Wednesday evening - up to 5 hours weekly 5-10-21-41K run races - Saturday/Sunday - up to 7 hours every 2 weeks

Hourly pay rate:

£20-£35 depending on experience

Ideally looking for a self-employed individual who will be willing to negotiate pay rates depending on experience and level of BSL capability.

Can you run 5k in between 25 to 35 minutes?
Can you run 10k in between 50 - 60 minutes?
And, can you run a half marathon in between 1 hour 45 minutes - 2 hours?

Note: Time is not important. I want to complete the course. I will have a 1:1 PT training and join a local running club in the coming months so it will improve my time.

I welcome anyone who has a good level of communication with BSL to apply as I have other support roles available.

Duties include:

  • Other relevant duties as required

Assist me to get out running safely

Candidate qualities:

  • Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
  • Respectful of the employer’s privacy and confidentiality
  • Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
  • Hygienic
  • tidy and well organised
  • Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
  • Reliable with good timekeeping
  • Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
  • Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
