I am a 46-year-old queer cis woman looking for 2 reliable kind and patient PAs with a great sense of humour to support me with my daily routines.
I am friendly, intelligent, fun, a published writer and fascinated by the world and people. I have varied interests including: nature, storytelling, performance, politics, comedy and history.
A clean and tidy home is important to me, so I will need support with domestic tasks as well as personal care and preparing meals. Some of your role will involve getting me out and about so i will need a driver with their own car. I may also require support and accompaniment to medical or other appointments.
I have severe ME (also known as CFS - Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). My fluctuating symptoms affect every single area of my life, including my mobility, cognition, speech, decision-making and muscle strength. On good days, I am usually very sociable and love to chat and laugh about all kinds of subjects. On my bad days I find it difficult to speak, to move and to think. Someone practical with good intuition, sensitivity and an ability to take the initiative is very important; getting on with the role when I am not able to give instructions.
I am also hard of hearing and wear hearing aids in both ears. I use mobility aids including a manual wheelchair when required.
