6 hours per week, 3 hours on Mondays and Friday. 9.00am start

Hourly pay rate:

£12.00

I am a 50 year old lady living in Hampden Park area of Eastbourne.

I value my independence but have some mobility difficulties.

I enjoy doing crosswords, playing games on my phone and watching disaster and supernatural movies.

I need help with personal care, admin/paperwork, housework, meal planning and preparation.

You should be friendly, reliable, flexible and compassionate.

Duties include:

  • Administration
  • Housekeeping
  • Cooking
  • Bathroom assistance

Vaccumming

Meal planning

Washing feet

Applying cream and bandages to legs

Getting dressed

 

Candidate qualities:
