About me
30 years experience in health and social care, with elderly residents, adults with a learning disability and individuals with mental health conditions.
Managed and owned care homes over the last 20 years now looking at providing individuals in their homes with personalised holistic care and support to ensure individuals feel safe and can remain in their homes with the right support.

Work experience in personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, rehabilitation following surgery or hospital admissions, domestic tasks, including the washing and ironing, gardening, animal care having dogs, cats, horses, donkeys myself.
Attending medical appointments, supporting individuals in leisure and existing hobbies, end of life care, liaising with outside services and professions to obtain the right care at the right time, even happy to do small diy repairs around the home including decorating.
