Direct Payment employer support group: Croydon

Independent Lives is the Direct Payment employment support service in Croydon and we hold quarterly support sessions for those that use their funds to engage with Personal Assistants (PAs) and for PAs too.

This session will be held online via Microsoft Teams.

As usual, we will run through the support we can provide you and then focus on a topic:

In this session we are going to cover PA start up paperwork and our PA pack which contains the helpful templates for you to use and how to complete this.

At the second session in July, we will cover employer responsibilities regarding Health & Safety and DBS checks.

Please do come and join us, bring any questions or conversation topics for discussion or let us know in advance and we can prepare something relevant. Additionally, this is a good opportunity to network with other DP employers and have discussions.
