This course is aimed at helping people who work or volunteer in health and social care to better understand the impact of digital exclusion and to learn how to support someone who may be digitally excluded.
This course is divided into a number of short videos. To complete the learning, you will need to watch each video in turn and then complete a short quiz. Once successfully completed you will be issued with a certificate of completion which you can download and save.
